This portal features the notification obligations under the GATS Agreement as highlighted in CRN's semi-annual calls and reminders.
Information on the full range of GATS notification obligations can be found under the "Notification requirements" tab of this portal. For an overview on Members' GATS notifications, please see the most recent GATS statistical note (JOB(09)/10/REV.12).
The information pertaining to GATS notifications available on this portal is presented for transparency purposes and is not indicative of any Member's compliance with the notification obligations of the Agreement, save for the obligations under GATS Articles III:4 and IV:2.

Each Member is required to have notified the establishment of its enquiry point. Each developed country Member is required to have notified the establishment of its contact point. Acceded Members are required to notify the establishment of their enquiry and/or contact points within two years of their accession.
