Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights
This portal features selected notification obligations under the TRIPS Agreement, as highlighted in CRN's semi-annual calls and reminders. These ongoing requirements apply to all Members except least-developed country Members entitled to use the transitional period of Article 66.1. Pursuant to TRIPS Article 63.2, in conjunction with TRIPS Council decisions of 21 November 1995 (IP/C/2 and IP/C/5), Members are to notify their responses to the Checklist of Issues on Enforcement and any subsequent amendments/updates thereto. This ongoing requirement applies to all Members except least-developed country Members entitled to use the transitional period of Article 66.1.
