Submit a notification

The QR Decision mandates that all notifications should be made to the Secretariat in electronic form. 

Notifications can be submitted to CRN as attachments to email. While doing so, it is important that Members are aware of the following points:

 

Submit notification documents in Word format and attachments to notifications in PDF format.

 

Use the available templates for regular notifications as well as corrigenda and addenda, etc.
